For more than a decade, I have helped organizations build the internal capability to improve continuously by developing leaders, trainers, and learning cultures.
My work has centered on applying the Toyota Production System. Along the way, I have helped organizations implement more than 2,200 Kaizen improvements, trained over 1,000 professionals, and developed internal trainers who continue multiplying that knowledge long after the projects end.
I have learned one lesson above all others:
Organizations improve when people improve.
That is why my work is not about implementing Lean tools. It is about helping organizations develop the capability to solve problems, improve every day, and build people who can develop others.
